We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. In this blog series, we are spotlighting each of our new customer consultants. Today, we’re introducing John Trammell. John Trammell is a consultant based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He has been with Intuit for almost 25 years, and is incredibly dedicated to working with tax professionals. John finds learning about their history and workflows fascinating, and loves to help them overcome any hurdles that keep them from being successful. He says, “Anytime I’m able to help a tax professional overcome a barrier that is keeping them from being successful is a delightful experience. Prospective customers come to us with many hurdles, seeking help and guidance.” For John, there’s no better feeling than when a new preparer or tax firm reaches out thanking him for helping them with their workflow improvements, better productivity, IRS guidance, increased confidence, and peace of mind. John’s extensive knowledge of our products and services, coupled with his genuine care for our customers, make him an invaluable asset to our team. It’s not all work and no play for John. When he’s not working with tax firms, John can be found enjoying many outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and motorsports. He’s also an avid DIYer and enjoys working on projects around his home. If you’re looking for any help in optimizing your tax firm, don’t hesitate to reach out to our new customer consultants at 888-869-5812.
