We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. In this blog series, we are spotlighting each of our new customer consultants. In this post, we’re introducing Jonathan Lovitt. Jonathan Lovitt is a remote consultant based out of the Plano, Texas, office, who provides tailored advice and knowledge to our prospective customers. Jonathan has been with Intuit for about 20 years, and he knows our products inside and out. He’s passionate about working with businesses at every level, from startups trying to get everything organized, to multi-location firms with thousands of returns looking to optimize their processes. When it comes to finding the right software for you, Jonathan’s got your back—and his expertise doesn’t stop there. He’s also great at identifying areas where tax and accounting firms can be more profitable. Recently, he worked with a firm that was charging significantly less for tax preparation fees than the market average. With Jonathan’s help, the firm re-evaluated their strategy, and started charging for the valuable expertise and training their team has, not just their time spent on a return. By optimizing their processes with our software, they were able to take on more clients and increase their overall revenue. Jonathan is proud to work for Intuit. He says, “Intuit has had a consistent push to innovate for accountants and tax professionals in a way no other company does. And I love getting to help tax professionals achieve their business goals with the products I sell.” In his free time, DIY home renovation keeps Jonathan busy. He enjoys making his home more enjoyable for his whole family, including his seven kids. Overall, Jonathan’s extensive knowledge of our products and his passion for helping businesses thrive make him an invaluable resource for prospective customers. Our team of consultants is here to help you succeed and thrive. If you’d like to speak with one of our new customer consultants, please call 888-869-5812.
