We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. In this blog series, we are spotlighting each of our new customer consultants. In this post, we’re introducing Jason Tritle. Jason Tritle and his wife, Amy. Jason is based in Midlothian, Virginia, and when he’s not working, he enjoys reading comic books and watching sports. Jason is no stranger to serving others; he spent 10 years as a high school teacher prior to joining Intuit more than 12 years ago. His favorite thing about serving tax professionals and other customers is finding a way for someone to improve their business and, hopefully, make their lives better. When working with a new customer, Jason’s approach is to listen and understand the customer’s needs and goals before providing recommendations on how to optimize their time and services. “I am very careful about what ‘growth’ means to each customer, and I only learn that by listening to their needs and what they hope to accomplish,” said Jason. “This starts by just truly slowing down and listening to what the customer is trying to accomplish, and making the best recommendation to fit their needs. For example, for some tax professionals, growing their business may mean fewer customers, but offering higher-end services. Others may want to start to sunset their business, so we need to focus on what is going to meet their needs as they wind down.” Jason’s many years of experience and customer-first mindset have made him an invaluable asset to our new customers. Our whole team of consultants is here to help you succeed and thrive. If you’d like to speak with one of our new customer consultants, please call 888-869-5812.
